Bishop Ben Washington was called over 15 years ago…by the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit … to plant a church that would forever change the lives of all who enter in…by preaching and teaching with “simplicity and understanding”.

During the past fifteen years this man of God has… (1) received a certificate in “World Evangelism” from Billy Graham Ministries, (2) earned a Doctorate in Theology and Biblical Counseling, (3) was Ordained by Bishop T.D. Jakes, Senior Pastor of the Potters House in Dallas, TX (4) member of Potter’s House International Pastor’s Alliance (5) Bishop Washington also continues to be a devoted student and teacher of the Bible. (6) Founded Walk By Faith Fellowship which is a mentoring ministry for men and women of God who have a call to ministry.

Bishop Washington is known among his peers as a man of "great faith and integrity". He has compassion for the seeing the lost saved and has lead many to Christ with his "wisdom and love". This man of God walks in the Gift of Faith...and has been demonstrated in the healing of the sick and seeing miracles manifested in his ministry.

It is his belief that the effectiveness of his ministry is due to the success of a 24 year marriage. He has a foundational belief in leadership that, “if a man can not lead his home he can not lead the people of God”. Their love for God and each other has resulted in an anointed spiritual partnership and effective teamwork in ministry.

Prophetess Norma Washington was called along with her husband over 15 years ago to pastor God’s people. In addition to co-laboring with her husband, she has founded the Women Healing Women Center which continues to take women from Pity to Power and Norma Washington Motivational Ministries which is causing people to believe that “nothing shall be impossible with God”. She continues to travel this land motivating the people of God as a “motivational speaker” and "life coach". She has recently authored her first book "Saturday Morning Sisterhood" which is proving to be a valuable tool in the lives of people going through the transitions of life.

Prophetess Norma was called by God to preach the Gospel with "simplicity & understanding" and anointed to speak a "now" Word. This woman of God has a preaching style that causes the devil to shake in his boots each time she speaks... because she will preach the hell out of you (if you have any in you)! Prophetess Norma is affectionately referred to as "Ms Pastor" because of her ability to wear many "hats" in ministry without losing her femininity and humility. She is an example to women and young women that being a woman is a precious gift and that submission is power and that neither should be compromised.
